Prunus serrulata kwanzan

Whoaaaa vertigo! oh em gee.

I recently heard about the Reeves-Reed Arboretum in Summit, which is only about a 10-minute drive from where I live. I like trees! So I was compelled to check it out.

It’s not a huge arboretum–most of the property consists of hiking paths, which were still snowbound when I visited, so there wasn’t all that much to see. But I did get a shot of this lovely copper tag used to identify a flowering cherry.
